Competition intercooler kit for BMW X5 and X6 models from the E series or F seriesThe high-performance intercooler has the net dimensions of 535mm x 332mm x 150mm (19.2L in stages) and thus offers a 113.5% larger inflow area and 120% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance net is a high-quality tube fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 12.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyzes in the CFD system. This intercooler causes far less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete, ready-to-install kit, simply replace with the standard intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and stable under pressure. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
