Presenting the perfect complement to our F90 M5 intake system to optimize the flow path to the turbos. Our carbon intakes have a larger volume than the stock intakes by maintaining a larger diameter up to the turbos. The standard inlets narrow immediately after connecting to the intake tract, which is a limitation, especially with higher boost pressure values. We eliminated this restriction and made the curvature as smooth as possible to help the turbos reach maximum boost sooner.

During development we also tested larger opening intakes and redesigned the intake tract to have an oversized connection to the intakes. However, the tests did not reveal any other benefits, so we proceeded with this version, which allows us to use our current intake tract without any modification while obtaining the best performance gains.

The intake has been road tested with Dragy to record acceleration from 60-130mph. Testing was done at the same track and on the same day to keep variables as small as possible. The results show that from 60-130 mph acceleration times have decreased by 0.12 seconds, which is a significant improvement at these speeds.
