The fuel pressure regulator FPR100m AN-8 was developed in cooperation with worldwide motorsport teams and fuel pump manufacturers. This fuel pressure regulator is designed to work under all conceivable conditions and the highest horsepower requirements. The FPR100m AN-8 Fuel Pressure Regulator is the successor to the classic FPR90 and continues the classic AN-8 design into the FPR100 series, the latest generation of fuel pressure regulators.

The FPR100m is fully adjustable between 2 and 7 BAR (30-100 PSI) and suitable for installations between 500-1200 hp. Thanks to its oversized chamber, outlet and inlet ports, this AN-8 fuel pressure regulator has the highest flow capacity for its size. It is prepared for AN-8 ORB connections and comes with an AN-8 ORB connector for inlet installation. The FPR100m is a product that has evolved from our life on the track and takes its place between the FPR100s and FPR100x.
1:1 boost reference and high flow design with minimal flow loss
Fuel pressure increases at a 1:1 ratio when boost pressure is referenced with the precision pressure setting. Fuel pressure is adjusted via the top adjustment screw with its hardened steel ball, allowing for an exact and well-timed fuel pressure setting, ≈0.14 BAR (≈2 PSI)/rev. The dual-intake design allows for a choice of left or right-hand intake, or dual intake for a V-engine configuration. The 1/8" NPT thread is forward for easy installation of fuel pressure gauges and fuel pressure sensors.

With the AN-8 ORB dual intake, you can choose between a left or right intake, or dual intake for a V-engine configuration. And with the easy-to-access 1/8" NPT thread facing forward, you can easily connect your fuel pressure gauge or sensor for easy pressure readings.

The new FPR100 series fuel pressure regulators are available in AN-6, AN-8 and AN-10 sizes and have been specifically designed to meet the demands of motorsport. All three have an extremely slim and light design with the latest technology and functionality.

A choice of three different sizes of FPR100 fuel pressure regulators allows you to choose the optimal function for your setup. In combination with the different connections for intake and exhaust ports between the AN-6 and AN-12, these FPRs offer a power range from 200 to 2400 hp.
The FPR100m has AN-8 ORB inlet and AN-8 ORB outlet ports and is designed for setups between 500 and 1200 hp. This makes it the most versatile controller in Nuke Performance's FPR100 series.

In order to maximize the quality and functionality of the FPR100 series including FPR100s, FPR100m and FPR100x, every single fuel pressure regulator is tested before delivery. Our test facility has world-leading test equipment capable of detecting even the smallest possible characteristics that could affect function. There is no manufacturing shortcut that leads to the outstanding performance and functionality of the Nuke Performance FPR100m Fuel Pressure Regulator.

All FPR100 Series Fuel Pressure Regulators are supplied with a heavy duty stainless steel bracket which makes them extremely easy to fit in any engine compartment and which secures the FPR even under extreme conditions to prevent malfunction. And like all Nuke Performance motorsport products, the FPR100m fuel pressure regulator is engineered, engineered and manufactured to handle all fuels including gasoline, ethanol and methanol, with stainless steel hardware and anodized internals.

The FPR100m's 46mm fiber reinforced nitrile diaphragm is of the highest possible quality and is approved for use on all fuel types including petrol and alcohol fuels such as ethanol, E85, E100 and methanol.
Choose the correct fittings for your fuel pressure regulator
A 5mm vacuum fitting is included, while 6mm Pneufit quick connectors are available as accessories. The FPR100m uses AN-8 ORB threads to accommodate the most common connectors. It comes with an AN-8 ORB connector that can be easily removed for dual inlet applications. It mates with most popular AN-8 connectors, with connectors sold separately.
