OVERVIEW :
Radium Engineering's fuel line for the BMW S54 engine is machined and anodized to ensure compatibility with all fuel types including E85. Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel line can support all the necessary power requirements of the engine. It is compatible with OEM and aftermarket fuel injectors that can be installed directly. It features a large .65" internal bore with -8AN ORB (3/4-16 O-ring) threaded connections on each end and a 3/8 NPT female thread connection in the middle to accommodate a variety of adapter fittings for custom high -Include flow fuel systems. The fuel system can be installed directly on all BMWs with the S54 engine, including:

CONNECTIONS :
The fuel line end connections are 8AN ORB threads, the middle connection is 3/8 NPT threads.
8AN ORB Adapter Fittings work in either end port.
If the under-vehicle regulator is not used, a direct mount radium regulator can be installed in the front port of the fuel line. The part number is 20-0623-0X.
3/8 NPT adapter fittings can be used in the center port. When not in use, plug this port with a 3/8 NPT male connector.
Due to space limitations, the center port can only accept one type of impulse dampener, part number 14-0128,
Appropriate fittings must be selected for the specific application. For larger accessories, such. such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges and fuel impulse dampeners, adequate space is required around the fuel line connector(s).

The wiring kit includes the parts shown below and allows for easy connection to the factory wiring and regulator located under the vehicle. This kit is only compatible with the E46 M3. E85 compatible.
