Developed in conjunction with global motorsport teams, this fuel line is designed to handle all conditions and performance needs. This is the best fuel line on the market for the highest flow capacity BMW S65 engines.
Supplied with 2x 3/8 NPT AN-8 and 2x 3/8 NPT AN-8 banjo fittings that do not require ordinary o-rings. AN-6 and AN-10 connectors are optional and available as additional accessories.
Injector Safety Clips ensure sealing and safety
A unique feature of Nuke Performance are the injector safety clips, which ensure that the injectors seal perfectly even under extreme fuel pressure. Whether during assembly, installation in the engine or in the unfortunate event of an accident, the injectors remain firmly on the rail. No fuel will be spilled even if the fuel pump keeps running or there is latent pressure in the fuel system.
Lightweight bolt-on mounts, everything you need is included
The kit comes with lightweight, bolt-on aluminum brackets that are perfectly matched to the BMW S65 intake tract and ensure compatibility with the S65 engine. The necessary fittings are included in the kit, such as the unique lightweight banjo fittings that attach to the bulkhead. We make sure everything you need is included in the kit.
This newly designed fuel line with NPT threaded ends is up to 40% lighter than other popular fuel lines, weight savings equals true racing performance.
Bolt-on solutions including the required fittings and brackets
This kit comes with all the fittings and brackets needed for an AN-8 fuel system. We've included our newly developed 3/8 NPT threaded banjo fittings to allow these motorsport fuel lines to be bulkhead mounted where space is often an issue. The fuel lines are supplied with lightweight aluminum brackets that guarantee a perfect fit on the S65 intake, preventing any leaks and fuel pressure disturbances. Be sure to use PTFE thread seals for all NPT connections.
