The new TiAL MVI 2.5 is a compact wastegate that is only 5.58cm / 2.2" high (excluding connectors and linkage). This compact design facilitates installation in tight spaces. Developed and designed for turbo applications with internal wastegates such as the TiAL IWG cases, TiAL Alpha Turbo systems, many Garrett GT / GTX turbochargers, etc. These wastegates have also been developed as a robust and reliable replacement for the OEM and aftermarket aerosols.
Comes standard with 2 screws to fit any standard Garrett WG mount.
- Compact body with multiple spring options
- High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced membrane
- 2 to 22 PSI / 0.13 to 1.5 Bar stainless steel spring provides constant pressure at high temperatures and is heat resistant up to 900F (483°C)
- Internal components are anodized for high corrosion resistance
- Anodized aluminum housing (silver, red, black or blue)
- Ultra-compact design, fits in very tight spaces
