The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (500x388x125/stepped) and thus offers a 62% larger inflow area and 108% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new Competition high-performance mesh allows the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, enough airflow and is also very light. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyzes in the CAD system.
