Competition intercooler EVO 2 for Porsche 997 Turbo
The EVO 2 high-performance intercoolers have the following core dimensions (2 x [330mm x 222mm x 145mm] = 21,244cm³) and thus offer 77% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance network is very light, which is why the two charge air coolers only weigh 2x 6.7 kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyzes in the CFD system. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the input and output have been increased to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes 4 reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. Furthermore, the intercooler kit includes two matching carbon air ducts to ensure an optimal flow of the intercooler. Thus, this kit is suitable for racing. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Here you get a complete, ready-to-install kit, simply replace it with the standard intercooler - including new carbon air ducts, silicone hoses and aluminum adapters.
