The fuel line connections are designed for 8AN ORB.
8AN ORB adapter fittings.
8AN ORB direct mount controller.
8AN ORB fuel impulse dampener.
Adapter for fuel pressure gauges.
Appropriate fittings must be selected for the specific application. Adequate clearance around the fuel line fitting(s) is required for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel impulse dampeners. To check the clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a guide.

The fuel lines are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized black and laser engraved for a premium surface finish. Each fuel rail has six 8AN ORB connectors, for a total of twelve connectors.

The fuel lines are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized black and laser engraved for a premium surface finish. Each fuel rail has six 8AN ORB connectors, for a total of twelve connectors.
The fuel lines have polished stainless steel brackets that attach to the factory fuel line mounting points. No modifications to the vehicle are required. As with the OEM fuel lines, the injector bores are 14mm ID and are compatible with the factory injectors. In addition, these rails have provisions for the factory injector clips as shown below.
Everything is compatible with all fuel types, including common alcohol blends such as E85.

20-0545 Fuel Rail Kit, GM LS9/LSA
This kit contains all the necessary piping hardware that allows for a plug and play connection with the 20-0362 fuel lines. An SAE quick connect connects the OEM feed line to two 6AN PushLok fuel lines feeding each fuel rail. Additionally, 8AN ORB connectors are included for any unused ports. Nothing more is required.
