CSF intercooler set for Porsche 911 991 Turbo / Turbo S

CSF Race is proud to introduce its latest cooling innovation, the 991 Turbo and Turbo S intercooler set. Overview:

• 15-20°C cooler intake temperatures
• 4.5" thick bar and plate core
• Wind tunnel optimized core
• Aerospace grade thermal dispersion coating
• Utilizes OEM mounting points and OEM clip settings

Testing was done on a 2017 991.2 Turbo S with GMG Cat-Back Exhaust, IPD Plenum, IPD Y-Pipe & GIAC Stage 1 Tune. During a power sweep test with 27C ambient temperature, the CSF cooler charge temperature is 33°C and the stock cooler charge temperature is 48°C. The CSF 991 Turbo and Turbo-S intercoolers cool 6°C above ambient and 15°C below OEM. Maximum power increase of 41 horsepower at the wheel. These coolers use all our cooling expertise to deliver an incredibly powerful intercooler solution at a competitive price. During development, CSF engineers designed and tested several core sizes suitable for this application and then settled on a 4.5" thick, wind tunnel optimized bar and plate core. CSF engineers also used a special thermal dispersion coating from the air and Space which helps the intercooler system disperse heat faster As always, fitment is incredibly important CSF engineers utilize the OEM mounting points, clip adjustments and only require a small amount of trimming of the factory intercooler cover to accommodate the huge include intercooler.
