The height-adjustable springs from KW offer an excellent alternative to lowering with conventional suspension springs. They make it possible that you do not have to be satisfied with a given lowering compared to pure lowering springs, but can vary the level of lowering. With the KW height adjustment, on which the suspension springs rest, you can set your desired lowering when installed.

The height-adjustable set of springs not only gives your vehicle a more dynamic look thanks to the lowering, but also the steering behavior and the response behavior of the standard dampers become more agile thanks to the springs used. Thanks to the spring tuning we have developed for the respective vehicle, the entire driver assistance system and even the comfort functions of an adaptive standard chassis are retained.

No more 30-30 or 40-40!
When installing conventional lowering springs, you have to decide right from the start in favor of a lowering that can no longer be changed afterwards, this is not the case with the height-adjustable spring sets from KW. Depending on the vehicle-specific application, you can change the lowering in the respective adjustment range using the polyamide threaded spring ring even when installed. So you have no difficulty in varying the lowering when changing your wheel/tire combination.

The spring rate of the high-quality chrome-silicon steel springs used by KW for the KW height-adjustable springs is vehicle-specific to the respective series suspension dampers and wheel loads. When developing the respective spring sets, we take into account that the spring rates also harmonize perfectly with the different damper characteristics of your adaptive series suspension. Thanks to their high-quality coating, they are just as convincing as the KW height adjustment with a long service life. In addition, our scope of delivery always includes the vehicle-specific elastomer mounts and a dust protection system to protect your standard chassis from wear and tear from spray water and salt.
