CONNECTIONS AND FITTINGS

The connections at the end of the fuel line are designed for 10AN ORB. The top connectors are 8AN ORB threaded.
10AN ORB adapter fittings.
8AN ORB adapter fittings.
8AN ORB fuel impulse dampener.

Appropriate fittings must be selected for the specific application. Adequate clearance around the fuel line connector(s) is required for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges and fuel impulse dampeners. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference (20-0176 FPD-R shown below in the top connector).

These Radium Dual Port Injection (DPI) fuel rails are designed specifically for the Radium fuel rail bodies and are NOT compatible with any other fuel rails on the market. Manufactured with large 10AN ORB end fittings, the fuel lines can support any necessary engine performance requirements.

The upper auxiliary ports have an 8AN ORB thread for additional accessories. The rails are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized and laser engraved for a high quality finish. They are compatible with all fuel types including alcohol blends such as E85 and is a necessary modification for those using methanol on powerful engines.

Machined press-fit spacers are included for thermal isolation of heat transfer.

INJECTOR INSTALLATION :

Each fuel line has 4 injector ports machined to accept injectors with 14mm o-rings.

Primary lower fuel injectors
Both OEM Subaru and 60mm Bosch EV14 injectors can be used with the included adapters. In order to reuse the OEM Subaru injectors, the supplied cylinder head must be installed over the top OEM injector o-ring (see below).

Use of aftermarket 60mm EV14 injectors (see below) requires the supplied injector seat to be fitted over the lower injector O-ring.

Secondary upper fuel injectors
Only 34mm EV14 Bosch injectors can be used. Fortunately, many Subaru owners are currently already using Injector Dynamics XXXX.48.11.WRX injectors. With the top and bottom billet caps removed the base fuel injector is a 34mm Bosch EV14 which can be used. Below are the compatible secondary upper injectors.
