CONNECTIONS AND FITTINGS

The fuel line connections are designed for 8AN ORB.

8AN ORB adapter fittings.
8AN ORB direct mount controller.
8AN ORB fuel impulse dampener.
Adapter for fuel pressure gauges.

Appropriate fittings must be selected for the specific application. Adequate clearance around the fuel line fitting(s) is required for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel impulse dampeners. To check the clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a guide.

Manufactured with a large 0.69 inch internal bore, the fuel lines can meet all the necessary power requirements of the engine. They are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized and laser etched for a high quality finish. All end connections are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female thread). The bottom center ports can be used for optional adapters and are also fitted with an 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female thread).

The kit features specially designed billet mounts. These modular "feet" allow for compatibility with the following GM LS engines by simply flipping them over and inserting them into various threaded holes on the rails: LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L76, L99

Like the OEM fuel lines, the injector bores are 14mm ID, allowing factory injectors.

These fuel lines are compatible with all types of fuel, including common alcohol blends such as E85.

20-0263 Fuel Rail Kit, LS1, LS2, LS6, L76
The 20-0263 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit reuses the OEM fuel hose. It is a direct fit kit for the above LS variants, except for the early LS1 engines which use an in-rail fuel pressure regulator. The inlet fittings allow the use of the OEM SAE quick connector. PTFE-8AN crossover tubing is used for the front of the rails. Plugs are provided for all unused ports: (Left Rear Port, Right Rear Port, and Right Center Port).

All parts pictured below are included.

20-0232-PK Fuel Rail Kit, LS3, L99
The 20-0232-PK Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit reuses the OEM fuel hose. It is a direct mount kit for LS3 and L99 engines. The inlet port allows the use of the OEM SAE quick connect. PTFE-8AN crossover tubing is used for the front of the rails. Plugs are included for all unused ports: (Left Rear Port, Right Rear Port, and Right Center Port).
