RADIUMAUTO Subaru EJ Fuel Line Kits

These line kits are designed to complement Radium Engineering Subaru EJ fuel lines. Both kits connect to the factory supply and return lines in the engine compartment (near the left strut tower) and offer all fuel lines under the hood. All required fittings and hoses are included, as is an adjustable high-pressure fuel pressure regulator.
Two kits are offered: one that connects the fuel lines in series and another that connects the fuel lines in parallel. Both kits work equally well. The final decision comes down to personal preference. Scroll down for details on each kit.

Both kits are compatible with all Subaru EJ engine radium fuel lines (except 20-0499 Fuel Rails).

IMPORTANT NOTES :
1. None of the kits include a fuel filter.
2.None of the kits are compatible with Radium Dual Port Injector Fuel Rail Kit 20-0499.
3. Both kits are suitable for use with alcohol fuels such as methanol, ethanol, E85, etc.
4. Both kits use 3/8" (6AN) EFI high pressure fuel hoses.

20-0578 FUEL RAIL LINE ASSEMBLY, SUBARU EJ, SERIES
This kit is compatible with Subaru platforms that use an EJ engine. For early vehicles with a fuel filter mounted in the engine compartment, please refer to the installation instructions.

This kit connects to the factory lines near the left strut tower via SAE quick disconnects or legacy hose fittings. An adjustable Radium Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) and Radium 0-100psi fuel pressure gauge are included. The pressure gauge can be installed on one of the 6AN ports upstream of the regulator using the adapter provided. The 6AN swiveling fuel line fittings have a low profile, making them ideal for the EJ engine's tight space constraints. The variety of reusable PushLok hose ends allows for customization (such as adding a flex fuel sensor) and makes installation quick and hassle-free. The included 6AN fuel hose can be cut with standard tools and installed without special knowledge. Unlike traditional inferior rubber fuel hoses that degrade with alternative fuels, the supplied hose is resistant to all fuels including E85.

20-0584 FUEL RAIL LINE ASSEMBLY, SUBARU EJ, PARALLEL
Due to the regulator mounting position and OEM fuel filter placement, the parallel fuel rail kit is only compatible with the 2008 to present Impreza (WRX/STi) and Forester platform.

Because the hoses and fittings are grouped together, the parallel kit is a good option for underhood clean-ups. Each fuel rail is fed as shown in the photo above. The supply and return lines enter the Radium Multi-Port Regulator (MPR) from the rear and route through the front to the fuel lines.

As shown above, the regulator attaches to the left strut tower with the included stainless steel bracket. A radium 0-100psi fuel pressure gauge is included for calibration. Fittings and 6AN hose are included to interface with the OEM supply and return hard lines. If the factory lines have been replaced with aftermarket AN hoses/lines, this kit can still be used.
