With the Boost Cooler Stage 1 water injection, an increase in performance of up to 10-25% can be achieved with all turbo diesel engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air is cooled by up to 60°C and the exhaust gas temperature is also effectively reduced. With this tried and tested technology, you can reduce the thermal load and achieve more power/torque even with already (chip) tuned turbo diesel engines.
Water or water/alcohol (max. 50% methanol or ethanol) is additionally injected into the hot charge air using the patented high-pressure pump once a preset charge pressure has been reached. The evaporated liquid achieves extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which significantly reduces the charge air and exhaust gas temperatures.
The Boost Cooler is unmatched in atomization! The liquid is swirled at supersonic speeds within the Hyper-Sonic atomizing nozzle before being forced through the venturi.
With the Boost Cooler you can achieve an increase in performance of around 10-25%, even with already tuned turbo diesel engines. Optimum cooling also compensates for the power losses that occur at higher outside temperatures. In addition, deposits in the combustion chamber and intake tract are reduced and the heat dissipation, e.g. at the exhaust valves, remains optimal.
The new Boost Cooler Stage 2 system is designed for all engines up to around 2.1 bar and offers an optimal price/performance ratio. The Stage 2 Power-MAX or the Stage 3 systems are ideal for higher boost pressures. These also offer additional performance features, the dual stage technology and more variable setting options.

The enclosed control unit varies the injection quantity, with a reaction time of 1.5msek, flexibly to the boost pressure. The settings on the LCD screen can be made within a few seconds without prior knowledge. You only set the boost pressure (start/full) - the system does the rest for you.
The Boost Cooler Stage 2 control unit can be placed splash-proof in the engine compartment or in the vehicle interior. The LCD display can be installed in the field of view if required and provides general information about the status of your system (boost pressure gauge and pump performance).
