TITAN MOTORSPORTS 2JZ-GTE Billet Front Cover for Dry Sump - Black

The Titan Motorsports 2JZ billet front cover is CNC machined from 7071 aircraft grade aluminum to achieve higher strength than the factory cast cover and avoid frequent failures that we have experienced in our almost 2 decades of racing. Using computer-aided design, we've increased material thickness and strengthened key areas of the cover to handle the increased stress on the tensioner and tensioner bracket, and to prevent the timing belt from losing tension. This cover combined with our Titan Motorsports billet tensioner bar and hydraulic tensioner is the ultimate combination for keeping the engine timing and the valve train secure.

Doing the removal of the factory oil pump with this unit, it is designed for racing use only on engines with an external dry sump oil system only.
