Competition intercooler kit EVO 3 for Audi TTRS 8S


The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm [stepped] = 16,500cm³) and thus offers an 84% larger inflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance network ensures that the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, have sufficient airflow. It is a high quality tube fin mesh with internal turbulators. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyzes in the CFD system. With the help of integrated air baffles in the inlet, the charge air cooler is filled evenly. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. Thus, this kit is suitable for racing. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and the original crossbar form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition high-performance network, weigh only 11.7kg. The assembly takes place at the original attachment points and is easy to carry out (for slight adjustment work, see the installation instructions). Tested up to 6 bar and stable under pressure. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
