The VF800 system is a Pug and Play supercharger kit that includes everything needed to significantly improve the horsepower and torque of the Huracan's V10 engine. This system is available worldwide for 2014 and later models and uses the latest generation Eaton TVS2300 4-spool “Twin Vortices Series” Roots compressor with an air/water aftercooling system. Using the latest technology and production techniques, VF-Engineering has developed a system that integrates effectively with the high-performance 5.2 liter powerplant to achieve proven OEM quality results
With a lag-free instantaneous 2300 rpm torque attack, the air charge gradually increases to increase forward motion and increase forward thrust. The supercharger produces a predictable, linear powerband, making it a competitor to the V12 Aventador. Designed as a reversible upgrade, this system is designed as a daily driver or competitive hyper car. Engine calibration is done by electronic flashing of factory Bosch ECUs with optimized code, 4WD dyno and road test by VF/Hex tuning.

As with many complicated hardware development projects, there are often situations where you may need to design a component completely from scratch. This happened throughout the development cycle for our supercharged V10 system as there was no similar product other than our previous iteration for our Audi R8 V8. The following components are just a small collection of items designed, engineered and manufactured exclusively for this project.
idler pulley:
Since the compressor unit itself is driven by the factory crank pulley, a unique idler pulley and bracket system had to be developed to turn the compressor. The idler pulley assembly shown below is 100% unique and uses its own belt. and since there was no other V10 supercharger system available at the time, it had to be 100% designed from scratch by our engineers.
Designed as a reversible upgrade, this system is designed as a daily driver or competitive hyper car. Engine calibration is done by electronic flashing of factory Bosch ECUs with optimized code, 4WD dyno and road test by VF/Hex tuning.
Pancake Whistle:
Designed to ensure optimal fluid transfer flow and required clearance between engine block and VF Engineering pulley mount.
Generator retaining nuts:
Designed and manufactured by VF Engineering to allow adequate tool clearance space as a standard hex nut and socket would not fit in the same area.
