With the RS3 Gen 2 and TTRS 8S 8V platforms being widely used for highly tuned builds, we have developed a groundbreaking intake system that will even support the 1000hp mark. This intake system was developed to offer the highest possible flow rate while maintaining the lowest intake temperatures. Every component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and free-flowing path. The intake pipe has an internal diameter of 103 mm or just over 4? and features a gentle curve from the filter housing to the turbo inlet. The filter itself was specially designed for this intake system and has a huge outside diameter of 210mm or 8.3? with a filter area of ​​over 130,000 mm^2. The patented venturi housing was developed to offer the maximum possible internal volume for the space available in the RS3 engine compartment and to ensure laminar flow to the turbo pipe. We've raised the front of the duct to now create an additional opening behind the hood, matching an additional 7? corresponds to the diameter that can be drawn from the air. The resulting system has the ability to deliver 840 CFM at 28? H2O to flow while inlet temperatures are kept to a minimum by the sealed construction.

Dyno Tests:

Our Stage 3 intake system has been tested by various well-known tuners worldwide who have built high-performance RS3/TTRS projects for street and track use. The first results come from BR Performance Netherlands who tested our system on a TTRS with a TTE700 hybrid turbo. Tests were conducted back-to-back on the same day with the hood closed. They tested the stock airbox against our Stage 3 intake and also with the additional 4 inch turbo inlet which is an additional product.
