The basic settings of the KW Clubsport coilover kits are already matched to the different track surfaces, steep curves, jump hills and chicanes of the 20.8 kilometer long Nürburgring Nordschleife. After all, as one of the most successful chassis manufacturers and outfitters in motorsport, we are at home on the Nordschleife.
In the VLN endurance championship alone, we equip more than 70 racing teams and, as a suspension manufacturer, were able to support six overall victories at the ADAC Zurich 24-hour race at the Nürburgring within ten years. The winner of the ADAC GT Masters 2011 also relies on our racing know-how, from which the KW Clubsport coilover kits benefit.
The basic setup of the KW V3 Clubsport and KW V4 Clubsport with separate expansion tank, which is perfectly tailored to the Nordschleife, allows you to adjust your sports car to the desired sports tire setup even more individually thanks to the numerous setting options.

KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit

The vehicle-specific basic setup of the KW V4 Clubsport, developed in numerous test and measurement drives on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench, can be further adjusted with the click adjustment for your wheel loads, vehicle weight and the changed body rigidity, for example with a bolted cage, welded-in safety cell or strut bars adjust. Similar to the KW Competition racing suspension kits used in international motorsport, the KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit allows the compression stage to be fine-tuned separately in the low-speed and high-speed range. The click adjustment of the patented KW two-valve control takes place directly on the expansion tank.

You can manually vary the low-speed compression with six precise clicks on the purple adjustment wheel. The gold-colored adjustment wheel underneath gives you 14 precise clicks to change the high-speed pressure level of the recommended basic setup for your track day. Irrespective of this, you still have 16 clicks available to noticeably adjust the rebound stage. If you want to tune the KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit, which is available with a certificate, for your journey to the Nordschleife or other race track for driving on the motorway, simply reduce the tractive forces via the rebound damping.
