With the HLS lift system, you can raise your sports car or your lowered vehicle in order to safely drive over obstacles such as speed bumps, bumps, level crossings, construction sites, garage and underground car park entrances. Depending on the version of the HLS lift system installed, your vehicle is raised hydraulically by up to 45 millimeters on the front axle or on both axles.
This prevents your aerodynamic components, underbody protection or even the oil pan from being damaged. Depending on the vehicle type and model, the lift system is available as a vehicle-specific solution including and without KW coilovers. If your vehicle is not yet part of our KW HLS delivery program, our engineers have also developed a universal lift system.

All delivery components such as the hydraulic lines and hydraulic pump are adapted to your vehicle and therefore all our components harmonize perfectly with your sports car. Whether you combine the HLS with your standard suspension or combine it with our KW coilovers in stainless steel, which are among the top aftermarket products worldwide, you have to decide for yourself. Alpina, BMW M, Manthey, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Novitec Rosso and many other well-known companies in the international automotive industry have already opted for KW.
The "HLS 2" variant of the lift kit allows you to lift your sports car at the front, although it is only installed on the front axle. If you choose the "HLS 4" variant, your entire vehicle will be raised. For this purpose, a hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the spring plate and the spring on each KW coilover strut. The great advantage of the hydraulic system is that there is no compression (movement) of the extended cylinder unit (no undesired additional suspension) when driving, so that the driving dynamics cannot be impaired. The scope of delivery for all HLS Lift Kit variants includes, among other things, a control unit that is connected to the on-board electronics of the vehicle. As a result, the vehicle is automatically lowered back to the original depth of the KW coilover suspension or your standard suspension from a certain speed.
