Finally an overflow you'll love having in your engine bay! The PHR Radiator Overflow for the MKIV Supra encloses the headlight and accommodates 4" intercooler lines or a full size battery that will fit up front (PHR will be offering a battery case for a Group 26 battery soon. Stay tuned) . No more stashing ugly plastic overflows and pretending it's not an eyesore. The PHR Overflow features a CNC formed aluminum tank body with a billet top.
Installation Notes:
The hose from the radiator should be attached to the bottom fitting of the overflow tank. The top port can simply vent or have an overflow hose under the vehicle. When the hose is running, please do not let the overflow run out in front of the tires.
The PHR Radiator Overflow is not designed for use with an OEM battery (Group 24) or the OEM battery tray. The PHR Radiator Overflow pairs perfectly with our (coming soon) PHR Billet Battery Tray or PHR Battery Relocation Kit. If you want to keep an OEM battery, you will need a new battery case.
