Optimal cooling with water injection
With the Boost Cooler water injection, an increase in performance of up to 10-25% can be achieved in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is reduced by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on vehicles that have already been tuned is effectively reduced.
Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected into the hot charge air in finely atomized form at high pressure, depending on the desired starting charge pressure. The evaporating liquid achieves extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable to 116 octane racing fuel.
The Boost Cooler is unmatched in atomization! The liquid is swirled at supersonic speeds within the Hyper-Sonic atomizing nozzle before being forced through the venturi. With the optional dual stage upgrade, 2 atomizer nozzles are used in order to inject as early as possible with the primary nozzle and to achieve maximum cooling and performance with the switched-on 2nd nozzle during peak loads.
More power with Boost Cooler
With the Boost Cooler, you can achieve an increase in performance of around 10-20%, even with turbo and compressor engines that have already been tuned. Optimum cooling compensates for power losses at higher outside temperatures. In addition, deposits in the combustion chamber and intake tract are reduced.
Racing fuel performance
Water or water/alcohol is additionally injected into the intake air using the patented high-pressure pump. The evaporating mist achieves extremely effective intake air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable to 116 octane racing gasoline.
Ideal for all turbo engines
For Roots blowers (Eaton), Twin-Screw (Whipple, Lysholm) and small turbochargers that rev up very quickly (K03, K04), we recommend the Boost Cooler Stage 3 systems for optimized results.

Dual Stage Technology (DST)
The Stage 2E-POWER MAX system can also control an additional injection nozzle independently of one another. The highly developed dual stage injection management thus ensures optimal cooling and performance results in all engine load conditions.
easy installation
Flexibly adjustable and very simple: You simply set the desired start and end value (e.g. 0.5 and 1.4 bar) and the injection of the Boost Cooler takes place variably within the two set boost pressure points. When using the optional dual stage technology, you can set for an additional nozzle mapping.

52mm OLED control unit
The Boost Cooler Stage 2 POWER-MAX system is the logical further development of our proven Stage 2 kits. The control unit, integrated in an elegant 52mm OLED round instrument, combines performance features that have been brought to series maturity in cooperation with our sales and technology partners.
The controller settings are made directly on the 52mm instrument. You set the desired start and end value (boost pressure) and the injection takes place variably within the set boost pressure points.
