Be careful as competitors may use a different gasket and machine their gasket with a drill or power drill. We CNC machine our gaskets because then you can control the cutting speed and make a precise enlargement for the ½ inch head stud holes. This is done using a special drill to enlarge the opening of the gasket and create the bolt holes within a 0.001 inch tolerance. This happens because the head gasket is a critical engine component. If you drill it with a drill press you will have a gasket with risers built up in the gasket which when the head seals with the block rests on those risers. If you actually get going with the engine running, the head gasket can blow out in this way. Our head gasket has been tested over 2000hp and works fantastic. Most race teams use our seal for this reason. This is the same process and seal that won our drag cars championships in 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. You can certainly make the gasket cheaper, you can even drill it yourself, but that doesn't make it right or perfect.
We know this because we tested this extensively in 2002 and had a lot of head gasket problems manufacturing drill presses. That's why Titan came up with the solution we're using today.
