Titan Motorsports have partnered with CP Pistons to develop the Titan Ultimate Piston for the Nissan R35 GTR. Drawing on the lessons learned from over a decade of building the world's fastest and fastest turbocharged imports, a piston combination has been developed to ensure maximum performance and reliability for GTR owners looking to take their engine designs to the next level. Starting with a stock 95.5mm bore piston with a 9.0:1 compression ratio, both the crown and liners receive a ceramic coating to reduce heat and friction. Special attention is also paid to the thick-walled wrist pins, which feature precision honing for more accurate pin spacing. The pins are lubricated with dual pin oils that deliver twice the volume of oil to the pin, a must for high-rpm engines. The pistons feature a machined pressure groove between the top and second rings to reduce pressure. Titan Ultimate pistons come standard with rings, wrist pins, pins and locks. Custom bores and compression ratios are available on a special order basis.
