The revised Competition EVO2 Gen.2 intercooler kit for Audi S2/RS2 with our short intake manifold.
The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (500mm x 220mm x 90mm V=9.9 liters) and thus offers an 18% larger inflow area and 65% more charge air volume compared to the original RS 2 intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh offers the highest cooling properties based on the latest tube fin technology. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyzes in the CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the S2/RS2 in connection with our short intake manifold. The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
