The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions, 550mm x 390mm x 95mm/50mm in a step design, and thus offers an inflow area of 2145cm² and an external charge air volume of 17.7 liters.
The new Competition high-performance mesh allows the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, enough air flow despite the large-area design and is also very light. The total weight of the intercooler is only 9.2kg. The end boxes are made of thin-walled cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyzes in the CAD system. The inlet and outlet have been increased to 80mm, so this kit comes with multi-layer reinforced silicone adapters. The assembly is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to carry out. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
