Intercooler Upgrade Kit EVO 2 for Audi TTRS 8J

The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (535mm x 260mm x 95mm) and thus offers a 62.5% larger inflow area and 94% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh provides the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow and is also very light. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyzes in the CAD system. This intercooler has excellent cooling properties and is just right for racing. The intercooler and the original crossbar form a stable unit and weigh less than 10kg thanks to the new competition high-performance network. The assembly takes place at the original attachment points and is easy to carry out (1:1 exchange). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
