The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (520mm x 210mm x 150mm / stepped = 13.572 cm³) and thus offers an 85% larger inflow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh allows the adjoining components, such as the water cooler, sufficient air flow and is also very light (7.4 kg). CAD designed free-form cast aluminum end boxes for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock cooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
